Returns and Exchanges
Handwriting Without Tears® will accept returns within three months of the customer’s order date. All returned items must be in unused, saleable condition. Each return must include:
- A copy of the packing slip or the returns processing form, with the item(s) and quantity being returned marked
- Reason for return (damage, wrong item, duplicate, other)
- Your request for an account credit, refund, or exchange
Please complete the Returns Processing Form, print the completed form and include it in the product return package. In addition, please send the completed form with tracking information to Customer Service via fax (301) 263-2707 or email customerservice@hwtears.com so that we can ensure proper credit is made to your account.

If you are shipping items back from one of the following states—ND, MT, WY, CO, NM, ID, UT, AZ, WA, OR, NV, CA, AK, HI—ship your return order to:

Refunds
You will receive a full refund for each item returned in unused, saleable condition. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of receipt of your return.
