Bring Get Set to School to Your School

Introduce the Get Set for School program to your school and help young learners prepare for kindergarten. Here are a number of ways for you to spread the word.

Provide an In-Service Presentation

Share your knowledge with short in-services that demonstrate the method, describe its benefits, and show your results to fellow educators. Contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with tips and presentation materials including scripts, overheads, and handouts.

Introduce the Get Set for School Curriculum

Talk about the rising standards for Pre-K and kindergarten and explain how Get Set for School prepares young learners for school. Describe our developmentally appropriate, multisensory approach that helps children of different abilities to learn most effectively. Highlight the long-term academic, social, and economic benefits of the investment for children and their families, the school, and the community. Attend a workshop to find out more about Get Set for School.

Plan a Get Set for School Workshop

Encourage your school district to take advantage of our professional development opportunities with a Get Set for School workshop. We have an outstanding group of trained, certified presenters who travel throughout the country and present workshops. There is no maximum limit on attendance for a workshop, and sponsors can customize the grade levels and time allocated for the presentation.

Invite teachers, specialists, and administrators to attend. Continuing education credit hours are available for each training course. For more information on planning a workshop, visit the training section.
