Bulletin Board

I have a 2nd grader who is bilingual. He is learning to read and write Russian at the same time that he is learning to read and write English. He's having a lot of difficulty with letter formation, letter reversals and a visual memory of what the upper and lower case letters look like. He also writes right to left on occasion, although I know the Russian alphabet is left to right like English.

Any ideas to help this student learn to read and write 2 different alphabets at the same time?
