We are pleased to send you the first edition of our e-newsletter, Frog Jump Gazette, designed to provide handwriting strategies, tips, and tools to administrators, teachers, therapists, and parents who share a common interest in making handwriting easy to teach and easy to master.

Each issue of the Frog Jump Gazette will feature four topics: Between the Lines, The Grip, Ask Jan!, and The Write Stuff. Articles will debut in-depth interviews with handwriting advocates and industry experts, offer tips and fun classroom ideas from other instructors…and much more! We aim to provide resources you can share with your colleagues and students in the classroom and in the school community.

As you may know, my interest in handwriting began in 1975 with the need to address my son John’s handwriting problems in elementary school. Since then, Handwriting Without Tears^® has been used by millions of students to learn to write legibly with pride. I now offer the Frog Jump Gazette with the hope of informing and inspiring you, while helping you connect with the entire Handwriting Without Tears community.
